MEET AMORETTE
As a highly respected and top producing real estate professional in South Florida, Amorette Robertson, Broker-Associate, MSPT, SRS has achieved great success in luxury residential sales since 1991. She ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents, in the top 1% total dollar sales volume for condominiums & in the top 5% for single family homes for 2020 and 2021.
Amorette’s most recent accomplishment was the sellout of the prestigious Fisher Island projects, Palazzo Della Luna and Palazzo Del Sol, achieving over $120 million in personal sales volume in 2021-2022. After graduating Magna cum Laude with a B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from FIU, Amorette began her career in Miami Beach in the early 90’s selling oceanfront condos for one of the most successful condo conversion developers in the country, Crescent Heights Investments. Amorette then joined Majestic Properties in 2004 and focused on both general real estate and pre-construction sales and became a top producing onsite sales agent at Paramount Bay - achieving record sales production from 2005-2007.
She also earned multiple Top Producer awards at Worldwide Properties, One Sotheby’s International Realty and most recently with the highly acclaimed Luxe Living Realty under Dora Puig, a multibillion dollar producer. Amorette has represented other prominent pre-construction developments including the Caribbean Condominiums on Miami Beach, The Strand in West Palm Beach and the Seaside Resort Residences in Key West.
Through the years, Amorette has gained invaluable experience in all areas of the residential market – most notably selling pre-construction and existing luxury condos, luxury estate homes, investment properties and high-end residential leases. Ms. Robertson maintains up-to-date knowledge regarding the exceptional new condo developments and single family homes and neighborhoods throughout South Florida. As a South Florida resident since 1986, Amorette has enjoyed seeing the incredible transformation of Miami from a small town to a top global destination for both vacationers and home buyers alike. Her intimate knowledge of the vast variety of neighborhoods and lifestyles Miami has to offer provides a distinct advantage to her worldwide buyers.
During the economic downturn in real estate, Amorette decided to pursue a medical degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science degree from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, focusing on orthopedic physical therapy. After several years working in outpatient orthopedics, Amorette decided to return to her true passion selling real estate and continues to maintain the highest level of licensing in Florida.
Amorette is a Certified Seller and Buyer Representative and her creative high-tech marketing and staging skills are of great benefit to her sellers, a talent that was inspired during her studies at the Winston Salem School of the Arts as a teen. She works hard to deliver uncompromising quality and outstanding results and is committed to providing a premier level of service to all of her clients. During her free time, Amorette enjoys working with charitable organizations, decorating, art and interior design, traveling, reading, dancing, biking, horseback riding, boating and yoga and has been pursuing her pilots license.
