MEET AMORETTE
As a highly respected and top producing real estate professional in South Florida, Amorette Robertson, Broker-Associate, MSPT, SRS has achieved great success in luxury residential sales since 1991. She ranked in the top 1% total dollar sales volume for condominiums and in the top 5% for single family homes for 2020 and 2021. Amorette’s most recent accomplishment was the sellout of the prestigious Fisher Island projects, Palazzo Della Luna and Palazzo Del Sol, achieving over $110 million in personal sales volume in 2019-2022 despite joining the development team 5 years after the project launched. Amorette moved to Miami in 1986 to attend University of Miami for 3 years then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Finance & Real Estate from Florida International University. Amorette began her career in Miami Beach in the early 1990’s selling oceanfront condos for one of the most successful condominium developers in the country, Crescent Heights Investments.
Amorette then joined Majestic Properties in 2004 and focused on both general real estate and preconstruction sales and became a top producing developer representative at Paramount Bay in Edgewater- achieving record sales production from 2005-2007. Amorette has represented other prominent pre-construction residential developments including the Caribbean Condominiums on Miami Beach, The Strand in West Palm Beach and the Seaside Resort Residences in Key West. Amorette also works as an Ambassador for the prestigious Continuum Club and Residences in North Bay Village.
Amorette has earned multiple Top Producer awards at Worldwide Properties, One Sotheby’s International Realty and most recently with the highly acclaimed Luxe Living Realty under Dora Puig, a multibillion dollar producer. Throughout her real estate journey, Amorette has gained invaluable experience in all areas of the residential market – including pre-construction and existing luxury condos, luxury estate homes, investment properties and high-end residential leases. Ms. Robertson maintains up-to-date knowledge regarding the exceptional new condo developments and single family homes and neighborhoods throughout South Florida. As a South Florida resident since 1986, Amorette has enjoyed seeing the mesmerizing transformation of Miami from a small town to a top global destination for both vacationers and home buyers alike.
During the economic downturn in real estate, Amorette decided to pursue a medical degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science degree from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, focusing on orthopedic physical therapy. After several years working in outpatient orthopedics and setting up and managing physical therapy clinics, Amorette decided to return to her true passion selling real estate and continues to maintain the highest level of licensure in Florida.
Amorette is a Certified Seller and Buyer Representative and her creative high-tech marketing, consistent business networking, and strategic staging skills are of great benefit to her clients. Her eye for interior design and staging was developed and inspired during her studies at the Winston Salem School of the Arts as a teen. Amorette has completed many large residential renovation and design projects throughout the years both for personal use and for her clients.
