The Palazzo Di Acqualina condo in Sunny Isles Beach is a project by the Trump Group developer and the firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, the same people behind the original Acqualina condo and the Mansions at Acqualina. The building consists of a pair of 51 story towers located east of Collins Avenue with a position near the Atlantic Ocean and the city's namesake sands. Each tower has a total of 95 Sunny Isles condos for sale and the entire complex sits on just over five acres.
Some of the anticipated amenities of Palazzo Di Acqualina include a fitness center, theater, restaurants and spa expected to be found within a three story Mediterranean style building located between the pair of towers. There will only be a maximum of two units on each floor. Additional details on features and amenities have yet to be released.
The location of Palazzo Di Acqualina places it near the beaches as well as neighboring areas and cities like Bal Harbour and Miami Beach to the south, Aventura and Hallandale Beach to the north and much more. The international airports within Miami and Fort Lauderdale are both just a few minutes from Palazzo Di Acqualina.
